If you have mold or poor air quality, we recommend indoor air testing. If you are feeling sick, your air could be the cause of it. By testing your air, you can see if your air has mold spores or other contaminants. Call for details on having your home or office's air tested. Non-culturable analyses are done by direct microscopic examination of swabs, tape lifts or air cassettes. This allows for a complete examination and characterization of the fungal spores, fruiting structures, hyphal elements, and other fungal fragments in addition to pollen grains, and identification of select non-biological materials.

We provide detailed Mold Testing Reports covering not only the particle identification of mold, number of spores in the air, but also the moisture levels, relative humidity, and recommendations for remediation ensuring that mold doesn’t come back once removed using our recommendations. We also provide follow-up and post remediation mold testing services. We perform surface sampling which is useful to determine if an area has been adequately cleaned or remediated. Sampling for mold is conducted by certified professionals at Safe and Sound Property Services who have specific experience in designing mold sampling protocols, sampling methods and interpreting results.
